History of the Firm
We are first generation of new breed of Canadian immigrants that have arrived with motivations, aspirations, new mindset, experiences, positive thinking, knowledge, skills sets, and wisdom to entrepreneurially and socially make an ecotomic impact in the country, society and people we have open heartedly adopted to be our homeland for our coming generation by choice. To create this impact we will integrate all our resources, initiatives, commercial experiences to conceive projects and opportunities through injection of highest form of Economic of Imagination, intellect, intelligence and intellectualization to gather knowledge, information, talent and exposure to create enterprises that have positive heart, soul and mind as their core and not financially burden under the debt but operate under self sustainable business models, methods, practices, programs and processes. IBC business philosophy, which we practice is based upon wealth is created when small efforts produce big socioeconomic results which we can share happily. Not follow the route of poverty, when big efforts produce small socioeconomic results with nothing to share. We also believe that getting rich and caring about people and environment is good - best is caring about people and environment and in the process having fun and making them all rich.

Our model of acquisition does not centre around rigid traditional acquisition criteria and rules but rather at the variables and circumstances inherent around an opportunity that empowers us to make the deal viable. These unique circumstances make each opportunity both intellectually challenging and a barrier for others to mimic our approach, and thus one of our greatest advantage and one of our supreme wealth creating tools for our equity investors.
IBC has recognized the land banking for developers and/or builders as a great opportunity in real estate. As a land banker, IBC identifies properties for future development, and simultaneously enters into sales/option agreements with developers and builders, private or public to sell the land at set prices based on discount to market valuation. The concept is an attractive financing and financial reporting alternative for national and regional builders, especially for those who are private and publicly traded on national exchanges.
The financial benefits are of paramount importance to these public companies. Land banking enables a builder/developer to control its future land requirements and keep inventory in the pipeline without taxing its own lines of credit or negatively impacting balance sheets.
