Mr. Firoz Shroff, president at IBC, is visiting Saskatchewan to evaluate investment opportunities.
Between June 11-13, The President of the company, Mr. Firoz Shroff, visited Saskatoon, SK and Regina, SK evaluating number of properties related to mix-used development.
During his visit, Mr. Shroff met with local municipal officials. We received a very positive response to proposed developments. If the offers for the two downtown properties will be accepted by the Seller, IBC will be looking at developing up to 2 million sf. of buildable space.

Over 53 Parliamentarians, give their support to
he Sichuan Earthquake Children's Community Fund to
help the Earthquake Victims in China
MARKHAM - On May 12th, China was struck by a magnitude 8.0 earthquake destroying homes, buildings,
trapping untold numbers in mounds
of concrete, steel and earth and leaving thousands of people homeless and
over 67,000 dead.
With the support of over 53 Parliamentarians, the Ice Breaking Care Society (IBC) has formed the Sichuan
Earthquake Children's Community Fund (SECCF) to raise money to provide relief for the victims.
