Between June 11-13, The President of the company, Mr. Firoz Shroff, visited Saskatoon, SK and Regina, SK evaluating number of properties related to mix-used development.

During his visit, Mr. Shroff met with local municipal officials. We received a very positive response to proposed developments. If the offers for the two downtown properties will be accepted by the Seller, IBC will be looking at developing up to 2 million sf. of buildable space.
