We are an entrepreneurial private equity group that manages various Family Wealth Offices and high net worth clients from Middle East, SAARC, Far East and Africa region, mostly from the Aga Khan community. The group has participated in M & A transactions valued cumulatively over $ 10 billion dollars. In partnership with professional managers globally we buy-into businesses and add value through our benchmark process. We manage a Billion dollar fund with social responsible initiatives focused at Real Estate, Corporate Venturing, Education and E-Commerce equity investments. Example of one real estate transaction we acquired is 20 acres high density land to build 3.5 million square feet in Markham next to Markham Stouffville Hospital to develop a health and wellness eco friendly community.

IBC founders have successfully been developing internationally as land bankers to developers as private equity partners.

IBC has recognized the land banking for developers and/or builders as a great opportunity in real estate.

As a land banker, IBC identifies properties for future development, and simultaneously enters into sales/option agreements with developers and builders, private or public, to sell the land at set prices, based on discount to market valuation. The concept is an attractive financing and financial reporting alternative for national and regional builders, especially for those who are private and publicly traded on national exchanges.

The financial benefits are of paramount importance to these public companies. Land banking enables a builder/developer to control its future land requirements and keep inventory in the pipeline without taxing its own lines of credit or negatively impacting balance sheets.
